  Report Portal Protocol               
  1. Click on your internet browser and type in www.genecareview.com
  2. Type in the Login and Password provided to you after account set-up and click the "Submit" button.  (If you have not been assigned a login and password, contact client services at (800) 277-4363 x 202)
  3. Any pending reports will be displayed, along with three buttons across the top.
  4. Click the "Print" button and select the destination printer for your reports.
  5. After you have confirmed your reports have printed sucessfully, click the "Done" button to mark these reports as received.  If you click "Cancel" or close the browser window without clicking "Done", these reports will still be listed with any new reports the next time you log in.  You also will continue to receive an e-mail alert for these reports until you "flag" them as "Done".
  6. After you have clicked "Done", you will return to your login screen.  You may then exit the browser.
  7. Daily you will receive an e-mail alert your reports are available for reviewing.  If you are unable to review your reports that day, your reports will remain in the queue and you will receive a  reminder e-mail the next day.
  8. If you have 3 consecutive days where your reports are not viewed, GeneCare will recieve an alert.  At that time one of our associates will contact your office to see if there is a problem with which we can assist you.  Perhaps your internet service was down, an employee was on vacation, etc. and we can guide you throught he necessary steps to assure you and your patients receive results in a timely manner.
