Specimen Accessioning / Log-In

Full time Laboratory / Office position.  Tuesday - Saturday.
Candidate would be responsible for logging in all specimens received into lab.  Also responsible for all specimens or tests being sent out from lab.  Work closely with techs and genetic counselors to make sure all specimen information and tests ordered are correct.  Good computer and communication skills needed.

BC/BE Genetic Counselor needed to consult with patients and clients.  Counselor will be responsible for reviewing and reporting test results; coordinating laboratory studies; processing screening reports; attending conferences; and maintaining appropriate documentation and QC processes.  Requires experience in prenatal genetics and strong written and verbal communication skills.
